Payments & Dues
All homeowners in Springhill are required to pay annual assessments (dues) as approved by the Board of Directors. These funds support the maintenance, operations, and long-term stability of the community.
Each property is assessed the same annual amount.

Springhill uses CAMSPlus for all accounting and payment processing.

Payment Information
- Annual assessments are due on the date established by the Board each year
- Please include your name and property address with all payments
- Make checks payable as instructed by CAMSPlus
Late Payments
- A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts
- Continued non-payment may result in additional collection actions
Collections & Enforcement
If dues are not paid, the Association may take the following actions:
- Apply late fees and administrative charges
- Place a lien on the property
- Initiate legal proceedings, including foreclosure if necessary
All legal fees and costs associated with collection are the responsibility of the homeowner.
